The welding department of AMECO is certified to ISO 3834.
This standard specifies quality standards for welding and was set up to define the necessary controls and procedures.
This specifies the quality expectations between contracting parties or manufacturers.
In addition, we carry out all work according to the standard EN 1090 exc. 3, which defines a harmonised European standard for evidence of conformity of components (CE declaration of conformity).
EN 1090 exc. 3 contains all requirements for constructing steel structures (EN 1090-2) and aluminium structures (EN 1090-3).
AMECO is certified by the Gütegemeinschaft Stahlschutzplanken e.V. (Quality association for steel crash barriers), an association of over 70 companies in the industry of crash barriers. The manufacturers and the installation companies, of which AMECO S.à r.l. is one, are required to comply with the quality specifications and the associated verification methods. With the motto: "Flexible steel crash barriers save lives"; the Gütegemeinschaft (quality association) strives for continuous improvement of road safety. This includes the indispensable element of external quality control, which ensures interchangeability of items from different RAL producers.
AMECO S.à r.l. has been rewarded for the commitment shown in terms of concrete protection of the environment. From this, SuperDrecksKëscht ® fir Betriber has given AMECO S.à r.l. the label and certificate valid for a year - and that has been since 2011.
