# Machine welding

	
Our **department of [industrial](/our-services/industrial-welding/) welding and machine welding**, managed by our engineers and welding technicians, can undertake all kinds of work for **implementing welded construction in steel, stainless steel and aluminium**.

Thanks to our big know-how in welding, we guarantee the **superior quality** of our welded items. This quality is seen in our obtaining the **[ISO 3834-3 and EN 1090 exc. 3 certifications](/about/certificates/)**.

We also consider that we have the duty to give our personnel regular training to be able to meet our clients' requirements and therefore we regularly give our welders welding tests **checked by an official body** in Luxembourg.

Other strong points are a **stock of steel sheets** up to 150 mm thick, various **finishing methods such as hot galvanising, painting booth, sandblasting equipment and a [full machine park](/files/89107.pdf)**.

The technicians of the team work on your plans using SolidWorks and AutoCad.

**Javac YHB3:**

The YHB rotary tables are an excellent solution for assembling, turning and tilting difficult pieces to weld up to 3 tons. For automated welding, the tables have a 2-cycle or 4-cycle function.

**Koike Deltatex 5500:**

Plasma cutting and with oxy-fuel in 3d.

With its 3D cutting head, enables high-precision bevelled cuts on large metal sheets. The Deltatex combines the latest developments in drives and control technology enabling you to obtain unbeatable cutting results on large-dimensioned steel plates.

**Voortmann V600:**

This numerically controlled drilling system has a horizontal drilling unit and is particularly suited to manufacturers of metal frameworks. The V600 is designed for profile drilling, thread tapping, countersinking and centre point marking.
